Content Moderation & Safety Policy

ViralaiStudio is committed to responsible use of AI-assisted content creation technologies.

This page describes our content moderation and safety process.

1. Review of Customer Requests

Customer briefs and submitted source materials are reviewed for compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy before prohibited requests are processed.

The review considers the nature of the requested content and the materials supplied by the customer.

2. Prohibited Content

ViralaiStudio does not permit the creation or processing of content involving:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);
• sexual or sexually exploitative content involving minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• sexual deepfakes created without consent;
• sexual exploitation or abuse;
• illegal content;
• targeted harmful or abusive uses prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Flagged Requests

If a request appears to violate our policies, processing may be paused.

The request may then be:

• reviewed;
• rejected;
• cancelled;
• or returned to the customer for clarification where clarification is appropriate.

Prohibited requests will not be knowingly fulfilled.

4. Human Review

Where appropriate, potentially problematic customer requests may be reviewed before production continues.

The purpose of this review is to determine whether the requested content complies with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Minors

Requests involving minors receive particular scrutiny.

Any request involving sexualization, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or inappropriate sexual representation of a minor is prohibited.

This applies to real and AI-generated content.

6. Non-Consensual Intimate Content

Requests to generate or manipulate intimate or sexually explicit imagery of an identifiable individual without consent are prohibited.

This includes AI-generated intimate deepfakes and similar manipulated imagery.

7. Adult Content Features and Age Verification

ViralaiStudio does not offer a dedicated adult-content or pornographic-content generation feature through the services advertised on this website.

Accordingly, our current service is not designed to provide an adult-content feature requiring customer access to sexually explicit generation functionality.

If ViralaiStudio introduces an adult-content feature in the future, it will not be made available unless appropriate age-verification and safety controls required for that feature have first been implemented.

Regardless of age, CSAM, sexual content involving minors, and non-consensual intimate imagery remain prohibited.

8. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, ViralaiStudio may:

• reject the request;
• cancel the order;
• issue a warning;
• restrict future access;
• refuse future orders;
• permanently prohibit the user from accessing our services.

Severe violations may result in immediate permanent restriction.

9. Illegal Content

Where required by applicable law, ViralaiStudio may preserve relevant information or report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
