ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what is and is not permitted when using ViralaiStudio.

This policy applies to all prompts, briefs, instructions, uploads, source materials, requests, and other content submitted to ViralaiStudio.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAM

ViralaiStudio has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”) and the sexual exploitation of children.

You must never use ViralaiStudio to request, upload, create, modify, generate, distribute, promote, or facilitate content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the material is:

  • real;
  • AI-generated;
  • synthetic;
  • fictional;
  • illustrated;
  • digitally altered;
  • face-swapped;
  • photorealistic;
  • or created using any other technology.

Any sexualization of a person under 18 years old, appearing to be under 18, or represented as a minor is prohibited.

2. Content Involving Minors

Users must not request or submit:

  • sexual content involving minors;
  • sexually suggestive depictions of minors;
  • sexualized AI-generated minors;
  • exploitative content involving minors;
  • content depicting or promoting the sexual abuse of minors;
  • requests to alter images of minors into sexual or suggestive content;
  • requests to make an adult appear to be a minor in a sexual context.

These restrictions apply without exception.

3. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

ViralaiStudio prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery (“NCII”).

You may not request, upload, generate, edit, manipulate, or distribute intimate or sexually explicit content depicting an identifiable person without that person’s explicit consent.

This includes:

  • sexual deepfakes;
  • AI-generated intimate images of real people;
  • face swaps into sexual material;
  • manipulated nude imagery;
  • intimate imagery shared or created without consent;
  • requests to digitally remove clothing from a person;
  • other synthetic or manipulated sexual depictions of identifiable individuals without consent.

4. Sexual Exploitation

Our service must not be used to facilitate sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, sexual abuse, or other forms of sexual harm.

5. Harassment, Threats, and Abuse

Users may not use ViralaiStudio to create content intended to:

  • threaten another person;
  • facilitate targeted harassment;
  • blackmail or extort another person;
  • humiliate a person through intimate or abusive material;
  • facilitate stalking;
  • encourage violence against an identifiable individual.

6. Fraudulent or Harmful Impersonation

You may not use ViralaiStudio to impersonate another person in a manner intended to deceive, defraud, exploit, or materially harm another person.

7. Illegal Content

You may not use ViralaiStudio to request or create content when doing so would violate applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Users must have the necessary rights or permissions for materials submitted to ViralaiStudio.

Our service may not be intentionally used to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.

9. Attempts to Circumvent Safety Controls

Users may not attempt to bypass our moderation or safety policies by:

  • intentionally disguising prohibited requests;
  • repeatedly resubmitting rejected prohibited requests;
  • providing misleading information about the purpose of a request;
  • using coded language specifically to evade our restrictions.

10. Content Moderation Controls

ViralaiStudio applies moderation controls as part of its service workflow.

Customer briefs and submitted materials are reviewed for compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy before prohibited requests are processed.

When a request raises a safety concern, ViralaiStudio may:

  1. pause processing;
  2. review the request and submitted materials;
  3. request clarification or additional information where appropriate;
  4. reject prohibited content;
  5. restrict or terminate access in cases of serious or repeated violations.

A customer cannot require ViralaiStudio to produce content that violates this policy.

11. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

First or lower-severity violation:
The request may be rejected or cancelled and the user may receive a warning where appropriate.

Repeated violations:
ViralaiStudio may refuse future orders and restrict or suspend the user’s access to our services.

Severe violations:
ViralaiStudio may immediately and permanently prohibit the user from accessing our services.

Severe violations include, but are not limited to, attempted creation or distribution of CSAM, sexual exploitation of minors, or other serious illegal content.

Where required by applicable law, ViralaiStudio may preserve relevant information or report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

12. Reporting Violations

If you believe that content or activity associated with ViralaiStudio violates this policy, please report it to:

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes to our services, safety standards, or legal obligations.
